The original Four Horsemen, J. Daniel Atlas (Jesse Eisenberg), Merritt McKinney (Woody Harrelson), Henley Reeves (Isla Fisher) and Jack Wilder (Dave Franco), have reunited to perform an ambitious heist filled with dazzling trickery and visual illusions. This time around, the famous quartet relies on the help of a trio of a new generation of magicians, Charlie (Justice Smith), Bosco (Dominic Spessa) and June (Ariana Greenblatt), to assist in their global plot to win the fight against corruption and crime.

The film’s visual style captures high-tech cinematography, complexed illusions, and embodies a cinematic magic act that keeps the audience guessing as to how the tricks and magic were pulled off in this showy, prestige thriller.

Veronika Vanderberg (Rosamund Pike) plays the cold and charismatic villain, always one step ahead of the magicians. Her charming sense of wit provides a dazzling performance and anchors the film in a dark and ruthless tone.The film succeeds in being fun, fast and visually stylish, a blend of a magic show and a heist-thriller, brimming with ambition and flair.
