If you would like to receive the printed version of the Directory, please RSVP with “Yes” below 
(the deadline for signing up is March 25th).  Once the printed directories are ready, one will be mailed to you. 
If you prefer the digital version from our website, there is no need to sign up here and we will announce when the digital version is ready to download. 

 IMPORTANT FOR ALL MEMBERS:  Update Your Personal Member Information!  Please review your personal information 

To update your “Membership Information”  log into www.awchamburg.org, go to the “Members Section” and then go to “Update Your Membership Database Information”, or use the link above.  Please make sure you have entered the correct information as it will appear in the directory including: your name, address, home and mobile phone numbers, your birthday, your partner’s name and your children’s first name and birth year.

ALSO IMPORTANT:  Are you active in our AWCH WhatsApp Community? 
If so, please add your WhatsApp Number to your personal membership database information as well, which is located at the end of the form and will not appear in the directory.  Unfortunately, we have too many unidentifiable phone numbers in our WhatsApp Community and it’s a lot of volunteer time to figure out who is who, so please help out by taking a moment to fill this in.
