AWCH Annual Holiday Party 

You are invited to our Annual Holiday Party on Thursday, December 4. 
By popular request, we will be gathering for our holiday dinner at Anno 1905 for a small reception followed by a festive three-course menu buffet and gift exchange. Read the details, and then RSVP below -- space is limited, sign up soon!

Festive Buffet Menu

Starter
Fresh tomato cream soup with fresh herbs and croutons

Fresh and crispy salads
Tomato salad
Green salad with mustard – honey dressing
Fine cucumber salad

Main courses*
Burgundy roast with pineapple sauerkraut or red cabbage and cream sauce
Nuremberg grilled sausages with fried potatoes and spaetzle
Matjesfilet with onion rings
Homemade Graved Salmon Honey-Mustard Sauce/ Horseradish-Cranberry Cream

Dessert
Red fruit jelly with liquid cream
Vanilla cream mousse with fruit pulp
German cheese selection with grapes/nuts mi

Please note: Prosecco or drink will be provided for each guest upon arrival; water available on the tables. Additional beverages must be ordered and paid for individually at the restaurant before you leave. Thank you!

Gift Exchange

Bring a small winter ornament or decoration -- in a gift bag or wrapping -- that will be exchanged during our event. Bring some joy into a member's home. This can be purchased new, or passed on, or homemade.

When: Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025. Welcome reception begins at 6:15; dinner begins at 7:00 

RSVP: Register below by Monday, Dec. 1

Who: The Holiday Party is for members only 

Cost: €22 for welcome drink and buffet dinner (additional drinks charged per person)

Payment: Money should be transferred at the time of registration to the AWCH bank account (IBAN:DE47 2005 0550 1502 5597 41 ) with the reference “Holiday Party”. Deadline for payment is Dec. 1.

7:00: Dinner & merriment begins

CANCELLATION POLICY: You have until Dec. 1 to cancel your attendance without being charged. After this date, or in the event of a no-show, you will still be required to pay the full amount unless a substitute is found. If you need or want to cancel or change your food choice, please do so on the website or write to June. 

Photo notification: By attending this AWCH event, there is a possibility that you will appear in group photos used on our digital channels and/or in our printed material. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please let the event organizer know ahead of time.
