Have you ever wondered how cheese is made?

Let's take a field trip and find out! These expert cheesemakers will provide a private tour (in English) of the dairy's artisanal creamery, where they create cheese, yogurt, quark, sour cream, butter, and more on their biodynamic farm. And best of all, we'll be treated to a curated cheese tasting after the tour!

Families are welcome, Children must be age 8 or older to attend the tour.

Please note: This cheesemaker is about 40 km north of Hamburg, so it's best to arrive by car. If you need help finding a carpool buddy, contact Stephanie for arrangements.
