I'm so excited to share that I've finished my new book! What started as a letter to my son about life grew into Year of the Monk. The past year changed my life in ways What followed was a year in which life became quiet. And in that quiet, I began to see more clearly the body, Year of the Monk brings together insights from neuroscience and personal experience with the things we come to understand about ourselves and life—and hope to pass on to those we love. The evening will include a short reading, followed by a conversation with a moderator about the book and the ideas behind it. The café and bar will be open, and you can purchase drinks there before we begin. Costs: No, but each one must pay their own food and drink expenses Guests: Yes, partners and friends welcomed!
