The American Women's Club of Hamburg is so excited to welcome you to gorgeous Hamburg, Germany, for our Region 5 Meeting from November 3rd to 5th!
We have a full agenda planned with speakers from Awesome Blossoms / Safe Spaces, FAWCO, FAWCO Foundation, and AWCH members. Get ready for a fantastic weekend in the "Pearl of the North."

Keynote Speakers
We can't wait to welcome Peninah Nthenya Musyimi, Executive Director of Awesome Blossoms / Safe Spaces and Allan C’oredo, Project Manager of Awesome Blossoms / Safe Spaces.
Peninah will give an overall explanation of the programs and project, and Allan will explain the Hydroponic Farms and logistics. They will also do a hands-on workshop exploring how the gardens work in Nairobi, the implications vs. traditional farming, and how these techniques can be implemented in your home and community.
Region 5 Ticket Options
Full Meeting - 140 Euros
The full meeting ticket gets you access to our Friday night welcome session and dinner as well as the Saturday program. In particular, the ticket includes:
- Friday welcome session
- Friday opening dinner
- Saturday workshops
- Saturday lunch
- Coffee breaks
Day Meeting - 100 Euros
The day ticket only gets you access to the Saturday program. This ticket is ideal for those who do not want to attend or will not be able to attend the Friday dinner. In particular, the ticket includes:
- Saturday workshops
- Saturday lunch
- Coffee breaks
Hotel Option
Conveniently located in Hamburg's HafenCity, the JUFA Hotel HafenCity will host our weekend conference! We have negotiated a discounted rate so those who are interested can also stay here for the weekend.
- 165 Euros for single occupancy, including breakfast.
- 185 Euros for double occupancy, including breakfast
Once you fill out the registration form, we will send a confirmation email and include the exclusive hotel discount code. You must book by October 15th in order to get the discounted rate.
Dinner Options
Friday dinner: This meal is included in the cost of the full meeting ticket. It will be a buffet at our beautiful hotel, JUFA Hotel Hamburg HafenCity, and include a few local speakers.
Saturday dinner: If you want to attend, you can pay for it separately when you register (45 Euros). It will be a 2-course meal at the local restaurant, Catch of the Day. There will be meat, fish, and vegetarian options.
