 t 12:00 with lunch at Lieger Caesar, a historic 'Lieger' on the water.\n\nA
  LIeger is a kind of houseboat that was used as a specialized workshop for 
 boats to moor onto and use their services. This Lieger was built in 1902 an
 d was originally a welder's shop situated near the center\nof the Hamburg h
 arbor. It has indoor and outdoor tables and a shop.\n\nAfter lunch it is a 
 4-minute walk to the spice museum in a historic storage house, Spicy’s. Thi
 s is a small museum featuring all kinds of spices: where they come from, ho
 w they are harvested, stored and processed, and how to use them. There are 
 exotic types of peppers and curries and spices many of us have never heard 
 of. Spicy’s has an audioguide app which uses earphones, and in any case you
  may walk through at your own pace. There is a wonderful shop with an exoti
 c assortment of spices to purchase. A free little sack of pepper is include
 d in the moderate entrance fee.\nCost: 5 EUR (4 for retirees, students etc)
  at the museum, and whatever you eat and pay for yourself. Friends and fami
