 board wants\nyou to be part of this positive change. Our mission embraces d
 iversity\namong our members and encourages inclusiveness as we move forward
 \ninto 2023. The January meeting will be of particular interest to parents\
 nof teenage children, or any progressive person who wants to know\nmore abo
 ut the rewards of a diverse AIWCC community.\n

Meredith Mani currently
  serves as the chair for FAWCO’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
  (DEIB) Team. She is also a FAWCO UN Rep who focuses on Sustainable Develop
 ment Goals. Meredith lives in Amsterdam with her husband and two teenage ch
 ildren. They are originally from the Washington, D.C. area. Meredith is a w
 riter by trade. As a mother of two children of color Meredith has used her 
 writing and communications skills to positively impact the world around her
  and highlight the gifts diversity and integration bring to society.\n

 ick Chizmadia has spent over a decade volunteering with FAWCO and FAUSA; an
 d was president of FAUSA from 2019-20121. Yes, that’s right—a guy heavily i
 nvolved in FAWCO! He is also a member of the Human Rights Campaign Board of
  Governors and the Executive Director of the American Guild of Music.\n
