The Harbor Explorers will be taking a trip to the beach! We will start o
 ff with a ferry ride\n
along the Elbe, catch a glimpse of the historic ship
 s in the museum harbor of Övelgönne,\n
and then stroll down to the popular 
 beach shack restaurant Strandperle for a bite to eat.\n
Hey, it’s summer!\n
 
We will meet up at 11:00 on Wednesday, August 10 at the HVV ferry station\
 n
(Landungsbrücken Brücke 2 at the bottom of the ramp) for the #62 ferry in
  the direction of\n
Finkenwerder. We’ll get on the ferry together and enjoy
  the panorama trip to\n
Museumshafen/Övelgönne, where a variety of former w
 orking ships from the harbor have\n
been restored and are on view to the pu
 blic.\n
From there we’ll walk over to the Strandperle to find some seats (i
 t’s a popular spot right\n
on the beach, so we may have to improvise). If i
 t’s a rainy day we’ll find a place to eat that\n
is more sheltered - there 
 are many alternatives in this area.\n
We look forward to seeing you!\n

 : the HVV price is included in a 9 EUR ticket or a day pass. You pay for wh
