  you can apply yourself to projects and activities that give you a sense of
  satisfaction, and how you maintain balance in a world that can often feel 
 very busy and overwhelming.  \n
You’ll come away with greater clarity and c
 onfidence about who you are, how you can use this understanding of yourself
  to improve your relationships, and a sense of positivity and energy to liv
 e with more clarity, meaning, and fun.  \n
