You  and your family are cordially invited to join us for our annual Thanks giving dinner! Surrounded by festively set tables in the casual restau rant of a renowned Hamburg sports club, come to enjoy an American tradition with family and friends. The chef and his team will prepare a bu ffet with freshly cooked turkeys, all the sides, and dessert.

This event will follow 2G regulations: Participants need to prese nt proof of vaccination or recovery and verify contact details at the door. Children under 18 are presently exempt from this ruling, but sho uld have proof of recent testing (e.g. from school). Persons with COVID-19- typical disease symptoms or with direct contact with a person suffering fro m COVID-19 are asked to stay home.

The corona pandemic and ensuing policy changes have forced us to find another venue, thus making this not possible this year. To ensure that this does no t exclude interested members, AWCH will be able to sponsor reduced rates in exceptional cases. Payment: Money should be transferred at the time of registration to the AWCH bank account (IBAN: DE75 2069 0500 0000 9117 71) with the reference “Thanksgiving”.

Deadline fo r payment is November 8. This is the date that the number of guest s must be conveyed to the restaurant, so they can start their planning and ordering.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You have until Monday , Nov. 8 to cancel your attendance without being charged. After this date, or in the event of a no show, you will still be required to pay the full am ount unless a substitute is found. 

By attending this AWCH event , there is a possibility that you will appear in group photos used on our d igital channels and/or in our printed material. If you have any questions o r concerns regarding this, please let the event organizer know ahead of tim e.
