en's Club of Hamburg voted for the 5th Autonomous Hamburg Women's Shelter
as the local charity to support for the next two years:In the last 10 years
, the Hamburg Women's Shelters have provided over 7000 women and 5000 chil
dren protection against domestic violence.\nThe Hamburg women's shelters of
fer women and children individual advice, support and perspective developme
nt for a life without violence.\nDomestic violence must not be ignored, tol
erated or trivialized.\nAWCH will support and participate in the 12th annua
l charity run Laufend Gegen Gewalt (Race Against Violence). You can walk, s
kip, hop, jog or run to help raise awareness and money for local women's sh
