The club year begins in January. In order to vote and be included in the directory you will have to have paid your dues by the date of the Annual General Meeting.
Send the money via a one-time Überweisung (electronic bank transfer). We recommend that you set up the Überweisung right now while you are thinking about it, but be sure to postdate it for January of the following year ("Überweisung ausführen am..." is the entry you need in the Überweisung).
