Our club's favorite French chefs, Nathalie and Alexandra, have prepared a lovely menu for our Valetine's Day cooking course. We have had two delicious and very successful classes with them already and are looking forward to our third! We look forward to seeing you there.
Our menu:
"Verrine" of salmon and avocado mousse
Valentine Soup and Parmesan lace
Trio of fish on "fondue de poireaux"
Chocolate delights served with champagne
Cost: EUR 45 per person, which includes champagne, red and white wine, and water
Location will depend on class size. Our class will take place at Alexandra's home in Othmarschen or in the kitchen of the International School. |
