| Paying Your Dues |

As you may remember from last year's AGM, the club year has changed so that it now begins in January. We are planning to hold the AGM this year on January 20th, and in order to vote and be included in the 2010 directory you will have to have paid your dues by this date. We can't accept dues for 2010 in 2009, which leaves a limited amount of time for you to pay your dues. We have two excellent options available for you: 1. Fill out the Einzugsermächtigung (Direct Debit Authorization) and we'll take care of deducting your dues once a year until you cancel in writing. There is no need to renew this form every year and we'll send you a reminder at least 30 days before we deduct your dues. Please print out this form and mail it back to us with your signature. Einzugsermächtigung 2. Send the money via a one-time Überweisung (electronic bank transfer). We recommend that you set up the Überweisung right now while you are thinking about it, but be sure to postdate it for January 2010 ("Überweisung ausführen am..." is the entry you need in the Überweisung). |
